We had a family of 4 adults in our suite. No pillows or blanket were provided for the pullout bed..only 3 bath towels ..requests made to front desk ..we were told if they had someone to deliver them.. never got pillows, blanket or towels .. Will never stay there again !

We were given a room with a roll in shower. The water splashed all over the floor so I had to dry the floor each time we used the shower. That’s my only complaint. Other than that, the facility was beautiful, in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quiet , safe, needs update, couch and couch pillow and rug seemed dirty , couch had damage from dog clawing it. Should only allow dogs in certain rooms. Lights were old and flickered. Back door was left unlocked of buildind thats a security issue.

Good, but…..
Overall stay was good. Staff was great. Room was very nice. However, the light was out over the tub, and the toilet was stopped up and there was a damp towel under the bathroom sink. We gave the towel to room staff, plunged the toilet myself, and someone put in a new bulb.

Property and staff was very nice and helpful. Did double charge our card but was very helpful on phone resolving quickly. Property is nice and quiet. Has good food for breakfast. Really nice building and away from city area. Took a little bit to get there from airport.
