Staff is very friendly, and the place is clean. There is a convenient little shop with snacks and microwave on ground floor. My only complaint is the squeaky chair in our room and the high-pitched creaky noise the toilet makes when flushing.

Pros- - Clean enough - Housekeeping staff were friendly - Breakfast was great, lots of options Cons- - I am trying to contact the hotel about a billing concern- I believe I have been overcharged and I cannot find an email address to send my concerns to. I did call but the person I spoke to seemed unconcerned and I am out hundreds of dollars. - Pool was unusable, very gross. - Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.

It was the shuttle experience for me.

Great customer service. Confortable beds. There was a variety of tasty items for breakfast. Everything lovely except the shuttle experience returning to the airport. Without dragging this out; the driver was in distress, driving fast, making additional stops, and dropped us off at the wrong terminal as opposed to the pickup/ drop off location. We were ready to get off.
