The service was top notch...I was in town for a funeral arrangements. Unfortunately the service ran over due to the inclement weather. The MC was so accommodating by allowing me & my family a checkout extension due to the situation of us traveling so far. The food, drinks and ambiance was everything! I look forward to returning again for a girls night out or a little weekend getaway. Definitely worth every bit of 5 Stars *****

The location of this hotel in Downtown Montclair is perfect. So many amazing restaurants within a few blocks. The hotel bars are also nice, especially the roof deck.

Breakfast staff couldn't make a take out order of an english muffin, in 30 minutes, with an empty restaurant. Car valet fell asleep and I couldn't get my car for 25 minutes. Then I was incorrectly billed for parking for 2 nights. Third rate and no professional service or management.
