Good but not great

The room had a remote that did not work for the TV. There was no lotion in the wall mounted container. The bathtub would not fill up. The first 2 issues were resolved by the front desk, the last issue that I did not discover until 12:30 am. Everybody in my room was already asleep so I did not bring it up to the front desk, I just showered instead of soaking in the tub.

We enjoyed our stay. The remote for the TV did not work consistently. The breakfast food was not always stocked and the breakfast area was not always clean. Overall it was a cute, simple hotel. Friendly staff.

everything was great, had some girls blasting music and yelling till 4am on the 4th floor but i chose not to report it, not the staffs fault. this place was great, not far from the airport as well. i recommend booking!

Both shampoo and conditioner were empty in my room. I told both cleaning lady and person at front desk. Never got any. There was also 2 dogs in neighboring room and one kept barking extensively. Nothing was done about it. Dog woke me both days around 6:30-7 am whining. I will not stay in this hotel ever again.
