This place is darling, a little out of the way, but summit is very cute and if you’re sick of cookie cutter hotels, highly recommend. It was very comfortable, great bed, quiet location for a nice sleep.

Very dated but functional hotel that might have been a B and B in the past, but now it is just a place to stay. Very outdated and old, but surprisingly everything actually worked such as the shower, sink, toilet, bed, and air conditioner. No elevator so you need to carry up any luggage. Convenient proximity to downtown eatery's and shops. Free parking.

Parking was great; the place is beautiful and the Victorian furnishings are gorgeous; I especially loved all the Tiffany lamps. My bed was very very comfortable. Very efficient correspondence with the owners regarding code to get in; how to leave the key when checking out, etc.

I like the property because of its location and price value. But it does not have any service or people in the property. This is the second time I stayed in. I would say I prefer rooms in the second floor, this one the shower was small.
