Our room was not ready when we arrived at 7 PM. We were told all of the cleaning staff had quit and walked out that morning. We were told our room would not be ready for one hour. We did not wait around. The hotel lobby and surrounding area did not look inviting.

It was ok. Our room had many outlets that did not work, which was frustrating for charging and taking care of things. The breakfast is mediocre - if you like cereal or pastries you’re set, but nothing super healthy. Pool was decent, which was the only reason I booked this hotel.

Hotel is ok. Expected something a little nicer at this price point as the hotel is very dated. They have issues with their key system. My key card stopped working multiple times, requiring a walk back to the front desk. It was extremely frustrating bc they know about the problem. The hot tub and pool are nice. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable I arrived early and asked if I could check in early The front desk woman was rude She said no My room wasn't ready I tried asking her another question but she became more rude I waited in the lobby area for my room I was tired from traveling She talked loudly to the housekeeping manager about the other staff Which rooms to clean She told the staff the second floor rooms needed cleaning About 45 minutes later she let me and another guest check in She gave me a first floor room but it was the farthest one from the front All the way around back of the building Other problems The refrigerator didn't work and I travel with food She said she would have it looked at but never did I had her put my food in the fridge up front This was the first hotel in over 20 years of traveling in different states that I wasn't able to check in early The front desk woman needs to be trained more on customer service

We stayed at this property for 1 night on our family UP Trip. The front desk staff were all very friendly. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all great after a long day. Towels were provided right outside of the pool, so you didn't have to bring yours from your room. The breakfast in the morning was good and our room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Older facility. Pool was clean. Breakfast was limited. Our room was pretty clean. Found someone’s hair band with hair in it in the chair. We paid extra for a room with a whirlpool tub but didn’t use it because it didn’t look all that clean.
