Very rundown furniture and fixtures in the bathroom. Faucets on the shower were moldy on the inside. Parking lot is not paved and tools are left by the stairway. Absolutely not worth the money.

Parking is easy if you have a car and an easy check in. Staff is friendly and we’re really helpful during a stressful time traveling. My stay plans had changed and they were very helpful in giving me my refund for half the stay I was there. There is no breakfast and if your someone who likes to DoorDash or uber eats this is not the location for you I would like to make this VERY clear. You will be frustrated so please don’t bother trying they don’t have a lot of dashers within their area but they have a beautiful C town grocery store up the road and a gas station for all your small needs. Overall a great spot if your upstate and need a quick stay as well as a beautiful escape into the the mountains with a very clean and modern high rise ceiling room to keep you warm and cozy at night. Will absolutely come back if I need a quick stay upstate!

I stayed here because of other reviews mentioning renovations in progress, but I did not see any updates made or being made. The room I was assigned looked nothing like the photos here. The comforter on one of the beds had what looked like a large oil stain. Very disappointed with my stay, especially for the price.

The front desk staff was amazing. However the "premium" rooms were half-done remodels of the very old rooms. The remodeled bath/shower combo only went halfway up and then the old pink tile was still on the wall with small bits of mold. The heater/AC unit was filthy and covered in mold and dust. You could smell mildew when you turned the heat on.

The hotel was a bit run-down, but it was comfortable. The staff - both the evening guy and the morning guy - were LOVELY. For a short stay, it was more than adequate.

Don’t go.

I would strongly suggest not going there. It was absolutely full. The sheets had mouse poop and droppings all over the room reeked of cigarettes. The dust on the lamps wais a mile high the table was still dirty and sticky. The pictures on the websiteare nothing what you will find. The coffee pot was filthy, but the mouse droppings and cigarette smoke were more than I could handle the door and lock properly. There was no inside lock. It was removed. Don’t go there.

The Fairbridge is going through a much needed refresh. One building has received a new roof, while others were in progress. I was told that the parking lot was to be refinished, which it desperately needs. The rooms are quite large but need new furnishings. The proximity to West Point is great and the price was right.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The staff was friendly and had everything ready for us when we got there. They accommodated a late check out. Overall, the experience was fine. The location is excellent so I'm looking forward to seeing the hotel after all of the renovations have been completed.

Hair in bathtub. No soap dish. No grab rails in the tub. Backward shower control faucet. It goes on and on. It's just a rundown place with poor upkeep and sloppy repairs. Never again!!!

We did not stay there. Drove past it and my friend literally got sick. Workman tearing down roof. Equipment all around. One review said homeless and addicts hung around. What is wrong with Expedia to recommend this dump??? We are entitled to a refund!!!
