The hotel is dirty. There is molding in the vent in the sitting area. In our room when opening curtain so much dust and dirt in the corners. The carpet are filthy my little one walked on it for a few minutes and so her feet was dirty.

The room was small, the furniture old, The fridge was tiny and needed major defrosting. The tea and coffee machine was on a bottom shelf near the floor. Coffee and tea only made available at breakfast, not all day like other places I have stayed. On a positive note the location was convenient and felt safe.

Ok for the price

Nice room, good workoutnfacility, decent breakfast, and kind workers; thus, a good stay. However, they seem to be cutting costs in ways that are obvious. For instance, the wifi is ultimately free, but the connection interface attempts to collect data on the customer by having you build an account. Also, the breakfast runs out of coffee just about as often as it has it available during the breakfast hours.

Everything was fine especially at the price point minus the room above me slamming thier feet walking til 4am and a curtain that doesnt cover the window that has a light shining directly into.

We had a wonderful stay. Dining options and shopping were no more than 10 minutes in either direction. Diner across the way serves good food too. Pool was clean. Breakfast was hot. Beds were comfortable. Can’t ask for more.

Been in Hampton Inns, Fairfield Inn, Garden Inn and the likes. Usually solid for our family, basic and clean. This was not. Despite the developed trust w the brand, i still checked the reviews before I booked everytime. I had to recheck the reviews of this one after i went to my room. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned when i arrived. First quick look may appear clean, but hairs were all over the bathroom floor. Everything was dated, towels were worn but at least seemed clean.

The front desk attendant was very pleasant. He apologized for our rooms not being ready at check-in and made sure our parties rooms were near each other. Housekeeping didn't provide the services requested while we were out and the lobby coffee was cold or out several times throughout our stay. Overall it was a nice stay.

The pool area was dirty...cigarette butts all over, trash not thrown away, food left on the tables. I had to get wet paper towels to clean off the tables to be able to use them. Also there is a urine smell in the bushes on the side of the pool with the towel bin. Very noticeable when lying out by the pool with the heat. The mattress was very comfortable but the sheets didn't fit. The television remote didn't work...called the front desk. Someone came up with a new remote & spare batteries. She said it was the batteries. No, it was the remote. Had to go down later & get a new remote. The staff was very nice though.
