The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was quick. The hallway leading to the room was messier than I would've expected for a room almost $300. The room was clean, though we only had enough towels in the room for one person and there were three of us. There was no hand soap in the bathroom; an issue that was never resolved despite talking to two different people at the front desk about it.

Terrible experience for 4 nights. Unprofessional staff !!! Bad management unfriendly .my room was next to landry room where the clean the sheet and it was storage hotel room as well door always open were you can see a lot staff dirty and chambermaid car always next to my room sometimes 2 cars standing in hallways next to my room sometimes i have to push the car inorder to get to my room. The worse senario cleaning service keep going all day . 1 time i came back from outside a round 530PM and the room wasn't clean yet when i ask front desck why the chambermaid haven't fix the room yet a this time !! He checked the note sheet he said no its done she clean it already !! I was like why am liying to you or something why dont you checked the room by your self !! So he checked he found not clean at all !!! He spoke to the chamber maid how come you checked the list on the sheet its been clean. Anway also the serve the same breakfast every single day . You have to grab the cream cheese before it finish otherwise they want more !!!. The omelet was terrible and always cold !!! The toster work only 1 side the other side not working so people wait online to toast the bagels !!! The big problem is the pool oh my god is terrible not clean you can tell and see how the water not clean dirty. !! Test the pool water's pH, alkalinity, and chlorine levels regularly ! But no staff working on it i didn't see no Adjust chemical levels as needed to maintain a balanced and safe swimming environment.

Comfortable stay with minor issues

Room comfortable, pool nice, however my room had no ironing board, the telephone was broken, and the toilet got backed up. Other than that everything else was fine. Ideally located and we will stay here again next year when we come back

The exterior and lobby are beautiful and clean. The breakfast also had many options. Our room was sub-par. There was a white powder on the arm of our couch, stains in the floor, and what honestly looked like blood spattef on the ceiling. Hoping it was just our room but kind of creeped us out a bit.
