Nice 2 bedroom suite easily accommodates family of 8 with 6 children( ages 2-13) 2 adults. The room was exceptionally clean.. i wiped down surfaces and floors before we settled in with lysol wipes and i was surprised there was no dirt. Food was decent, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was easily able to add another nights stay and they already had another key waiting. Checkin was extremely fast and easy. I would definitely be a returning guest. 10/10!

The property was beautiful, the room was exactly as posted but the use of WiFi was challenging at times. I wish there was a better/clearer explanation of where and how to order food. We arrived at the hotel around 8pm and b/c of the WiFi it took us almost 2 hours to order food. Other than that the stay was good.

First off the kids who was working at the front desk when I was checking in said that I had to contact Expedia. I showed him every itinerary number confirmation number and everything else and he could get it right. I had to get my car and take a ride for an hour until the next shift came in, and immediately the guy checked me in without any problems and apologize. Aside from the breakfast which was great place is horrible. I got up the following morning and all I can smell was jet fuel throughout the whole hotel. Aside from the guy working when I got there, everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I was extremely extremely pissed off about this guy. He kept telling me I have to call Expedia. Horrible situation.
