I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the next door. The guys next door are having a party and knocking on the wall all night. No noise protection walls exist so I can hear all the conversation from the room next door. The sofas in the lobby area are so old that no one wants to sit on them. They look like they came from the Salvation Army store.

The young woman at check in was new. She needs to improve people skills. She was not personable, explained the breakfast , etc. very quickly and did not act like she cared we were there. After rattling it off she sat in her chair and engaged with her cell phone. She needs more teaching. Perhaps she should observe someone with an outgoing personality. Room was great for my husband’s handicap needs, beds comfy, clean.

It seems the walls and ceiling are very thin. I could hear too much from other rooms. It was difficult to sleep. It was very bare bones with certain things, like no cups in the bathroom to rinse your mouth. The indoor pool was pretty much overtaken all day by an outside company’s swim lessons. I wouldn’t stay here again.
