My room #226 was a pigs pen..seamen stains on rug ,sofa was so filthy and so was bathtub..no TV or room phone..(broken) little sinks drain was clogged..they had no more rooms and besides if they did I would of stayed put .my back was hurting bad after helping my cousin out in her summer home in Monticello NY..stay away people..other hotels at this exit in Middletown NY..

My room had no TV or room phone working..the carpet was stained with I believe is seamen..the sofa was so dirty..the sink drain was clogged..I complained and they didn't have any other rooms.. besides my back was hurting bad from helping my cousin out in her summer home in Monticello NY..I definitely want a full refund.. The place was overall pretty good. Our room was pretty much clean and everything was put together. One thing is that they advertise that they have a breakfast in the morning but they don’t so don’t expect anything when you wake up. There are some good diners in the area to make up for this at least.

I booked on hotel.com a few months earlier but later it became cheaper on the hotel’s website. Breakfast was included but they gave us snacks (a muffin and juice). The request submitted on the hotel.com was not received by the hotel itself. So make sure everything before booking.

Not a good option to stay for family vacation
It was terrible experience and all the room has weed smelling and the toilet wasn’t working and also the towel holder came out from the wall and the floor is really dirty and the bed wasn’t clean. It was really dirty. The hair dryer was not working at all and we couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the weed smell. We could not get out of the hotel because the kids were tired and it was raining really bad outside.

I’m never a motel person. The rooms and everything is as expected. There was no breakfast included. That was a big misinformation because we travelled with 3 families. The location is nice but it’s not worth the value staying in.

Ask the hotel before you book
The stay was not terrible it was ok but the safe didn’t work and the carpet had holes and stuff so that was bad and also nobody tells you that they know about the safe not working or the floor so you have to assume that they will do the right thing and not hold you accountable for things not working that they should of told you they are aware about also they try to charge you 100 dollars deposit when the hotels.com website says 50 dollars

Routine drug deals in the parking lot, stairwell and adjacent areas. Unsupervised kids all around. Filthy chairs, linens. This hotel has uneven flooring, wornout carpets, wornout electrical outlets. You should be ashamed charging people so much.

For the cost that I paid for this hotel it was terrible overpriced. The lights in the room was not working. There was only one charging port so no phones or electrical devices could be charged. The room was old and run down. We had to take the stairs dragging 2 luggage, no elevator! Hotel says it provide breakfast, it was a goldfish chips with a school lunch cranberry juice in a brown paper bag! So disappointing. I would not go back here again.

The corridors smell like cigarette smoke. People lingering immediately outside the entrances, smoking. Booked for three nights, left after one noisy, stinky night. Carpets really dirty, especially in the corridors and stairwell (there is no elevator). The locks on our room door were sooo loose. As if the door has been repeatedly tried to be pushed in. The card key didn’t work well, the tub didn’t drain after a shower, and the list goes on…
