This was hands down the worst hotel ive ever seen in my life as i pulled into the parking lots got dirty stares from the "residents" waiting for the bus to bring their kids while smoking and drinking then as i walk in there is a blaring alarm that "cant be fixed" so we were put on the third floor i went to use the elevator and it was clearly very broken but i was experiencing ankle issues so i had no choice was then stuck in the elevator for 5 min once i got to my room there were two garbage cans full of a mystery "white sludge" right outside my room as i go into the room i try to use the toilet and it is clogged i try to call the front desk and the phone doesnt work so i have to hobble my way down the stairs to tell them the issues and was told "yeah the phone has been having issues and the elevator does that sometimes we had to leave so i brought my things with me assuming they wouldnt be able to fix the toilet (i was correct) they then put us on the other side of the hotel that side was just as dirty and loud with children and people screaming all night the next morning for checkout i go down and there is no one at the desk after waiting 5 min with someone behind me i decide to call thinking it would alert someone a old angry woman comes walking around the corner asking "are you calling here" i told her yes she then made up a story about helping a guest who fell and gave me a attitude because shes inept at her job shes unfit for human interaction DO NOT STAY HERE NOT SAFE

Not the best stay. We were told check in *starts* at 3 and we’re told to come back in an hour to see if our room was ready. Desk person was a little rude about it. Almost late to the wedding we were attending as we had limited time once we got to our room. TV didn’t work, AC sounded like it was going to blow up. Would definitely choose another hotel in the future.

I was surprised walking in. Place was not updated. Furniture scratched , paint chipped. Elevator was not working right. Couldn’t get to the upper floor and had to take the staircase. Stair door was jammed up hard to open it. Room had no garbage bags. Barely any towels. Will never come back again.

There is black mold on the 3rd floor ceiling, plaster falling from the ceiling, and reycling bins lined the halls to catch moisture. Unsafe conditions! After a 12 hour day, at the airport due to lighting and storms, I finally landed in Newburgh at 3:40 in the morning. I checked with the nice woman at the front desk and took the elevator up to find black mold linging the halls.

This hotel advertises on it's website that is has a bar and restaurant. That is not true. There are homeless people living and hanging out in this hotel. There are children and adults sleeping on the floor in the hallways, yelling and running through the halls all hours of the night. Me and my family did not feel safe and did not get any rest. I was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in.
