Lifts were not working on arrival (level 5). Due to technical glitch. Guy behind desk did his upmost to have people get to their floors. On arrival back to my room later that night (9:40) lift would not go to level 5. I contacted out of hours contact who said I did not know what i was doing. I changed lifts several times. I was left in the lobby until 10:10. With no return call even though the after hours contact had unlocked the keypad in the lift and I then had access.

The apartment was extremely clean and newly refurbished. Unfortunately the sleep quality was extremely poor. Although the bed was fine, the pillows were hard and too high. There were no blinds only shutters. These let through all the lights from the buildings around that were on all night and the sun in the morning, even when they were closed. The bedroom wall/sliding panel was glass and also let all the light through. The kitchen was well equipped but would have been greatly enhanced with the addition of tongs and scissors.

Very spacious and well appointed apartment at a great price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Found using keypads and codes for parking, lift and rooms difficult at first but once we got used to it we were fine. Loved the televisions in the living area and bedroom.

Shower is unsafe

Unit was ok, however the shower is almost unusable. There is a significant step up into a spa bath then a very deep step into the spa bath. If the bath is wet is becomes very dangerous to step into. I do not recommend older people, anyone carrying an injury, young children or below average height people use this facility. The spa bath is unnecessary and creates a huge safety issue.
