Great All-rounder

Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my stay here. All of the staff are very friendly. Loved the lounge and library areas. The interior design and ambient lighting were highlights. The gym has high end equipment which is a pleasure to use. The room itself is nice. Again, the lighting is great. Love the cosy bed area, but the mattress itself is very soft. A bit too soft for me. No flat top sheet was a bit odd. The air-con only goes down to 20°C which is also a pain if you’re a hot sleeper. Some areas seem to get neglected with dusting and the flooring seems to pick up dust easily, but overall it’s generally quite clean. Bathroom is nice but water will run out of the shower area leaving the bathmat soaking wet. The grievances are only minor things. Overall it’s a great stay with a great vibe and I look forward to staying with Little National hotels in the future.

The room was gorgeous at a great price. Staff were super friendly. We walked to Merewether beach and back with lots of lunch spots in between. Would recommend!

Simple & elegant

So far I’ve always been staying at Little National Newy for emergency stay/ out of town trip. And it never disappoint! I love the simplicity and elegance design of it. My first stay the fragrant was excellent, but I wonder why not so much in the second one. Though, due to the concept (tiny room) not sure if I’d stay for more than 3nights..

My husband and I recently stayed at this amazing little hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The modern design and impeccable cleanliness stood out immediately, and the relaxing atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The bathroom was one of my favorite parts – it had such a calming vibe, and the Byredo products were an absolute treat. It’s clear the hotel pays attention to every detail to ensure guests have the best experience. On top of all that, I accidentally left behind my favorite pillow, which I always bring with me when we travel. When I called the hotel, the staff were so kind and assured me it would be waiting for me on our way back home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, thoughtful, and peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to return!

We called this room our "Star Trek" room as the tech in the room was quite amazing. The location was a bit off the beaten tourist track, but that was part of what we liked about it. Amazing view, close to the boardwalk on the water, exceptional staff and very comfy bed. Would stay here again!

I have stayed at numerous hotels but normally never leave reviews, however my husband and had such a lovely experience over the weekend. The rooms were immaculately clean and the interior was lovely. However, I was particularly impressed with a young gentleman called Finson who demonstrated exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my family and 9 month old daughter were comfortable.

Really nice, new clean property. Great for business travel, library and bar are easily accessible with a fully equipped gym. Plenty of parking and decent cafe out front. Well priced compared to some of the other options in the area. Room is well appointed, large comfortable bed. Small-ish table in the room, not suitable for working, but okay for leisure only (coffee/tea, iPad usage). Great shower and bathroom and the black-out blinds are fantastic if jet lag is an issue. Quietish part of town, a little bit of a dead zone, but a short walk or tram ride to all amenities. The bar in the hotel made up for adequately, and the cafe offers a solid range of beverages and meals, breakfast and lunch.
