Every morning the breakfast buffet was cold even after we informed them. The phone in room didn’t work and after we informed them they didn’t attempt to fix it. Concierge didn’t help us trolly our bags to our room. Just stood there . We had to bring trolly back to reception.

The hotel's location was very convenient to the nearby beach and attractions. There were plenty of restaurant options around. The pool has a big slide, which was good for older kids. There's a mini train ride for small kids at a small extra cost. Very family friendly hotel.

It was ‘Secured parking’ but we were unaware that the car is parked either in the warehouse or in an open space, however we only found about where the car could be parked at the end of the stay, when we checked out with our car covered in bird droppings.
