It was advertised that there were electric chargers; there were not. In addition, it was quite cold in the room and I had to request a heater and the sound of cars on the road was audible all night.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. The frustrating part was the restaurant. Orders are paid for in advance and on two separate occassions several orders were not available in the kitchen! Refunds were prpmised both times but on checkout, no one knew about the refunds. I do appreciate however that I was given vouchers for complimentary breakfast and drinks but that does not resolve the flawed restaurant system. If you are there for business, it can be quite noisy and not condusive to work but its a good for holidays especially if travelling with children.

Hotel not as described Pictures show a much classier hotel than the Motel that it really is. Restaurant and bar poor and very pricy for what is offered. Key reason for booking was location and EV charger which upon arrival was no longer there. Service very good from the team and breakfast was excellent which helps offset this.

Need to do better.

Condition of hotel and general cleanliness was poor. Room too small for the scale of the furniture. Air conditioning wasn't working. On the positive side, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Great value

Every member of staff we met was very welcoming and friendly. Some nice touches for dogs staying overnight. Food was very good and great value. Comfortable room/beds and quiet despite being just off the M6. Bathroom a bit small but perhaps the consequence of being a family room and more space given over to beds. Will definitely stay again.

loved the property they said they had a problem with the aircon offered cool drinks and ice lollys however we found it was too cold throughout the hotel. food was a little pricy in the resteraunt on the first night. however the breakfast was great in the morning. i enjoyed the gym swim sauna and jacizzi

Got there an thy will not accept cash it’s pathetic didint say pay by card all it said when booked was pay in. Arrival cash is legal tender really annoyed me this did an then when got in to the room ther was white stains running down the wall which looked like love juice lol an then there was all coffee stains on lamp shades an don’t no if blood or it’s paint but other than that no other problems facilities are okay an clean an the food is pricey but if you have kids then they get free 3 corse meal witch compensated for paying 20 pound for a burger lol witch was. Good tbh I’ll try it a again some time because kids enjoyed it it was worth what we paid on the day witch was 67.60 a wouldn’t pay much more if I’m honest so yea overall good 👍

Great Reception Staff - Thanks Alex

When we checked in, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful - one of the best check in experiences we have had. They moved our rooms to make things more convenient - and they didn't need to - which was very help. Hotel itself was decent, the pool was nice for the kids and the general layout was good. would stay there again for a 1/2 night - staff were excellent
