Lovely clean place bed was comfy, staff were lovely only fault i had with the place is the food i have booked again but without breakfast this time as the hot food was not nice ..but the continental stuff was really nice .. loys of juice options .easy to use coffee machine , Again i had a meal on the evening the pie was not nice to be honest .. chips were nice. Peas were dry and cheey, , but the facilities are amazing i love grtting my massages , jet pool is lush

Had an excellent 2 night stay and was sp close to Newcastle racecourse as we had come up for the races... bed so comfy and lovely room. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again.

We used the hotel for a day at newcastle races you walk out of reception turn left through a secret gate turn left again and your about 200 metres from the main entrance to the racecourse. Brilliant location hotel and staff exceptional with help and reccomendations for our night out in gosforth.

The grounds were nice. Room very dusty, fridge didn’t work, no fan so was lots of condensation in room. Bath didn’t have mat floor and tile floor made it dangerous and she have shower water goes everywhere in floor. Went in the lamps weren’t on and found one bold not working rang reception and someone came with 2 which were the wrong ones can’t believe it. Definitely wouldn’t go back and not recommend to anyone.

Always clean and always a friendly welcome, little things are starting to let the hotel down, cracked sink, very rusty handrail in the shower, slightly dirty worn chair in the room, it's maybe time for a little refurbish

Stayed one night on a business trip, room was a good size, bed only had two very firm pillows so not the best nights sleep and I was right by a very noisy corridor door that woke me up several times. I couldn’t use the spa facilities as these closed at 8pm which is rather early for midweek. The food in the bar was great and the staff were very friendly
