The breakfast was awesome, and there is a staff member called Susan that is so lovely. She works so hard hard making sure the breakfast buffet was well stocked and made sure all the guests were happy. She's the best.
The beds are comfortable, the food was nice. The manager was great but the girl on the front desk was not very helpful at all.
But the biggest bug was there was no hot water to have a shower and my friends in another room shower wasn’t even working.
Cleanliness was not that good.
But saying all that I would probably stay here again as it was really central.
Hotel was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, I was given a room next to the lifts and had to put up with noise from the lift doors opening/closing throughout the evening and people talking whilst waiting for the lift.
My towels appear to have been replaced by the room cleaner despite being left as requested in locations so they wouldnt be replaced!
A short walk to the train station and a bit further into the main shopping centre.
The staff, especially in the meeting suite were helpful and friendly.
Had issues at the hotel as there was no hot water could not have a shower. Very noisy it was really bad. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful. Did manage to get a refund of£60.59.
10 minutes before even acknowledged when checking in. Heating not working. Two guests arrived whilst I was waiting to check in to say their heating wasn't working either. V tired condition overall. Inconvenience collars placed over shower gel to prevent you getting more than a tiny tiny tiny squirt - mean. V unimpressive shower. Comfortable enough bed. Door worked fine.

Pretty good with unfortunate niggles
Pretty good overall. Breakfast especially good and room comfortable. Main downside was the bathroom which looked old and tatty especially the silicone sealant. Toilet constantly running. Sink tap constantly leaking from handle and occasionally making a loud vibrating noise which could also be heard coming from other rooms. Shower good though. But liquid soap and shampoo poor quality and nozzles don't screw properly into bottles and don't pump properly. No sound proofing against corridor noise (and there was plenty) and you had to make sure to push or pull the door behind you because it did not swing fully closed.
