Lovely room and all the staff were friendly and efficient. absolutely perfect except I could not work out how to turn on the side lights on the bathroom mirror(assuming they were working)

Friendly, professional, welcoming staff Comfy beds and so very clean. The breakfast area is modern with a homely feeling. Delighted with Novotel and will book again.

Amazing stay in a lovely hotel!

Our room was lovely, modern, stylish and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Bed was so comfortable. Immaculate bathroom with rainfall shower AND bath including lovely toiletries which are refillable so no single use plastic. Great blackout curtains. Nice size tv too. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and when I booked an extra night, very helpful guy on reception matched my booking so we could keep the same room. He had done it before I even asked which was much appreciated. Will definitely return.

Super clean and nice! The breakfast was good too! They asked us to pay 6 GBP for the parking, however they offer you to become a member to waive the fee!
