Very comfortable stay
Lovely hotel on the sea front - friendly staff - clean room - tea and coffee was done Ringtons which is so much better than the horrible Nescafé stuff normally on offer. We chose the breakfast which was very generous English - cereal, toast pancakes etc would recommend.

Great Hotel, wonderful friendly staff. Easy walk into Town and close to Whitley Bay for a visit to Valeries for coffee and cake. Love this Hotel 10 /10

Myself and my partner were having a night away for our anniversary and just wanted a quiet night with a few beers and chill Due to our busy lives and me working away just wanted to stay in the room and relax at 12pm&1-2-3-4 and 6am the room above us there was loud banging and the floor boards creaking it actually sounded like they were in our room it was ridiculous then at 7:30 to 9am the occupants obviously checked out and in went the cleaning team we were so tiered never even went to get breakfast we were in room 21 We hadn’t been away alone together for a night for ages and wasn’t cheap for 1night absolutely devastated only night we could get a babysitter and it was ruined My partner has emailed the hotel chain/group and no reply if your offered room 21 do not accept The staff rooms are lovely but our experience due to this issue was terrible complained to front of house in morning and was apologetic said he would raise with a contractor and manager still havnt heard a word back or any type of compensation Shame was really looking forward to this place

A great base for exploring Tynemouth
A very impressive and imposing hotel that's clearly benefited from a multi-million pound revamp in the last year. I was offered a voucher each day for a free pint in return for foregoing daily housekeeping services and I thought this was a nice perk. Breakfasts are of the self-service variety and generally everything was in good supply, although all the croissants had gone occasionally. All in all an excellent base for a stay in Tynemouth, a gem of the North East.

Went with my wife and Grandson. Everything was fantastic. The building was clean and modern. The breakfast section was good. The chip shop attached to the hotel was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
