Okay but very warm

Staff are friendly, pub and grill is good but rooms were really warm at night, and it sounded like an elephant was walking above our room on the second floor. I’d suggest when booking with a child not to put us above the bar terrace, it was loud for a long time.

Loved the club room and it came with an extra check out hour, free access to the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Outstanding dining and breakfast was on point. We had a wonderful break. The beach is not very far from the hotel. Just a few minutes drive away. Staff was very helpful and friendly 😊.

Would not stay again. I stayed for 2 nights and although the staff were very nice and friendly the hotel let them down. There was only 1 socket near the bed, so can't charge 2 phones or a laptop. The socket where my kettle plugged in sparked and didnt work, so had to plug the kettle in on the floor in the wardrobe area. Both of the soap dispensers in the shower fell off the wall whilst i was using them and bruised my toe. There's very little choice for a vegetarian in the grill restaurant. I asked for an invoice for my stay when I checked out and still had to phone a day later to ask for it to be sent. I understand the hotel can't control this next one but the guest above my room on the 2nd floor stomped about loudly from 6am both mornings, the noise insulation must be very poor. Finally, my room must have been close to some sort of plant machinery as there was a low pitch droning noise all night. Overall, very poor stay, hardly any sleep and a sore toe.
