Our room was clean the staff was awesome and the breakfast superb. The only problem we had is that on our last day the power went off, the hotel didn’t have a power generator and we spend all night and morning with no heater it was 33 and below and everything pitch black could see my way thru the stairs or around the room.

The property really needs to address the ice machine issue. Only first floor has an ice machine. It being summer, travelers are emptying them with large coolers leaving little to none for guests to use in their rooms. I think coolers should be limited to smaller personal size. Not ginormous! Also, the coffee is not as good as it once was. It’s rather bitter. This is the coffee in the common area. We don’t drink the pods in the room. Staff is great. Breakfast is great. Location was great. We will be visiting again. Hopefully we will have plenty of ice. Finding you have a better brand of coffee will be awesome too!
