I don't really care for the trend to just glass in half of a shower. You have to get in just to turn it on, so you get blasted with cold water. The water never really heated up beyond a slightly warm temperature, and the shampoo bottle was almost empty. The heat/AC unit was very loud and not very reliable. We either froze or were burning up all night. The pillows and bed were not comfortable, either. The room and the coffee bar smelled like mildew. It was just not a good experience,even though the staff was wonderful.

The night attendant was kinda off. The lady told me that she would kicki my daughter out of the room because of what she was wearing. (Mini skirt) I’m not sure what her attire has to do with her being in the hotel

Upon arrival, we checked in our room. the room smelled like butt and the shower was dirty. The front desk lady Christy came a smelled i. she was like oh my! She moved us to another room across the hall and we pulled the covers back and it had lots of hair in the bed. The sheets were not changed. She then gave us a room on the top floor and it had water constantly runnin in the toilet. At this point I am so drowsy and tired from running from room to rooom. She then took us to another room on the 1st floor and finsally it was better. It did have hair on the sink and in shower but my husband cleaned it. I am so disappointed and feel as though our room should have been comped. That was the worse stay ever! Not to mention that around 1am we was awakend due to someone above us stomping all night. Then around 7am it started again waking me up! I had the front desk lady to come to listen and she said it was a guest that checked in late AND HE HAD JUST CHECKED OUT! The front desk staff should have had my 2 nights comped by calling the manager but she didnt. I have worked in the hotel industry and trust me, if a guest had that many issues, they would have been comped. My husband went there for a staycation to get rest from stress and this stay made it worse! I will be calling the manager for this complainty myself. i couldnt get a receipt because she said I paid through you all. VERY UPSET, TIRED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I booked two rooms for my kids and I to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday. The night attendant informed me that she would kick my daughter out of the hotel because of what she was wearing. Mind you my daughter is 19. We had just left Urban Air and she split her pants jumping so that’s the only thing she had on her at the time. Now yes her skirt was a bit short but what does that have to do with her staying in a room? She was walking from the car to the lobby to her room. She wasn’t hanging out in the lobby. And it was late at night. Maybe only one or two other guests that were out.
