Lovely hotel in Newport Back Bay
Great local hotel for a brief staycation. Location on Newport Back Bay is perfect. Walking, bike riding trails nearby. Nice facility and very relaxing vibe.

The hotel is right under the flight path of John Wayne Airport, so very noisy until they stop flying at night-it makes it difficult to enjoy the hotel premises outdoors during the day. The $42 charge for parking your own car in an outdoor, uncovered lot is just a rip off. Hotel itself was nice, clean, but these were real negatives for us.

Comfortable and quiet with nice amenities. However some expected features cost extra - parking is $42 per day and Wi-Fi is extra also. If I had been aware of add-ons in advance I might have selected another hotel, or at least cancelled the car reservation for our overnight stay and used Uber instead.
