The staff met my daughter and I with friendly greeting and had everything ready when we walked in at 3 pm. I rented 2 rooms. The rooms were great, clean and good size. That afternoon they offered tea and desserts which were great to fill the travel void but not too much to ruin our dinner plans. Walk out right into the heart of restaurants and shops. Free public parking across the street. Next day woke up to a great breakfast variety of fresh fruits, Fresh bagels, French toast, waffles or pancakes with choice of bacon or sausage. They also offered a variety of breads yogurts and OJ. No Complaints at all, looking to book again soon.

Parking was easy and free in the off season. The afternoon tea and breakfast spreads were nice and in a beautiful space. Lovely to see a real Christmas tree when we walked in, very warm greeting, like walking into someone's home. Suitcase up the stairs wasn't easy, but otherwise a great stay.

I found Americans Cup Inn to be comfortable and unique. The location for walkable exploring of shopping, dining and Newport harbor is great. The inn itself is quaint, cozy and enjoyable with small areas in which to read, watch TV, have Tea and a nice breakfast. Staff is most helpful and stored my luggage for awhile after check-out.
