Perfect location to walk around downtown Newport. The hotel has an old Victorian charm. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant and the hotel free breakfast spread was excellent.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast saw ok. The room as clean. The only small issue was you could hear the fit steps from the room above And the water pipes when others were using the water.

Lovely Inn to stay at for a cozy weekend. Right in the middle of downtown so easy access to shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast spread and evening snack. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Easy check-in and check-out.

Perfect location, parking and room was great. Breakfast was good as well, tea time is a very nice plus. Only negative I have is when checking in, the young lady was not nice and very dismissive. However the second woman at the desk was very friendly and attentive.
