We found a bug within the room and were not able to be moved. We were not followed up with in the morning. There also seemed to be scratches along the floor in front of the bed. It was very conveniently located to get to Newport, but may have to splurge next time for a hotel without this problem and better facilities.

Cute property about a 5 minute drive from Newport. Compared to the $1k pricetag at the other hotels in Newport this was a little more than half price of that. It was very quiet and some restaurants were there. Our lights weren’t working athe one night and they promptly fixed it. Great place but I knew going in that it was a long walk from town. I would recommend this as a cute clean place with nice size rooms.

Rooms and hallways very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Noisy doors - seemed had to push hard or bang the door to insure closed not just own door but heard others. Also, the room for the entrance to the rooftop and to get coffee had double wood doors and could constantly be heard banging closed in the morning when likely many people getting coffee.

I loved that we could walk right across the street to the beach and a lot of local restaurants. I didn't love the old, mismatched furniture and how loud it was. For some reason, every single person was slamming their doors coming in and going out. It was the weirdest thing.

Ideal location if your trip includes visiting the mansions and spending the day at Easton Beach. The extended parking on your checkout day was a really nice touch and allow us more time at the beach before we headed home.

Really great place, affordable, close to everything, staff was super friendly. AC is a beast which was important because it was 100 degrees outside. Pool was awesome and no kids running around. Great time!

Didn’t know there were 2 buildings. We had a suite so we’re in building 2 our view is water but more like a swamp. The pool and outdoor deck are in building 1. But all are walkable. Kinda weird that the fire alarm went off after my partner took a hot shower
