I want booking again but with another hotel and other days because I never used the hotel, the receptionist tried to charge me another night is the terrible experience in my life. I paid deposit and the room, the sistem don’t allow to booking the same night that’s why I pay for today but I need the room to stay the night yesterday and when I called the customer service answer the receptionist and he opened the door but when I did the check in he said that I should to be pay ANOTHER NIGHT if I need the room to stay the night. I think the receptionist have to be someone who is able to give the solution to the issues even to take advantage of the client.

You get what you pay for; if you need a place to rest your head and you’re gone, this is fine if the rates are low. This place often has high rates and it’s not worth it. Bed was fairly comfortable, room tired but clean but the bathroom sink/cabinet was infested with small ants. Tried to explain this to the desk attendant when I left this morning but she really didn’t speak English. I had to show her photos of the ants. Grab a coffe on the way out, skip the limited breakfast and go get a proper one; plenty of breakfast places in the area.

When I booked the room with hotels.com, the description said it was handicapped accessible. It was not. Had to settle for a room with a buckled floor, and no grab bars. I was mislead by hotels.com.

It was nice. The Hotel doesn’t have any upscale amenities. We were there for the Jazz Festival and was very pleased with the location and the kindness of the front desk. The Staff were very kind.

This motel looked the part for it’s situation and it was nice to be able to walk to nearby shops rather than being on a hectic strip. Breakfast was adequate.
