This was my first time staying at this property and I loved it so much! It was spacious, clean, and a safe area. Very close to Roger Williams University, and less than 30 minutes to Newport.

Room smelled of cleaning solution. Nice to have microwave and small fridge, but no utensils to go with them. Nice coffee mugs. Couch old and uncomfortable. Great location & beautifully kept property.

Basic but clean hotel.

This is a motel (no pool) that has been refurbished...using the lowest priced items from HD. It is very clean and my room had a small fridge and microwave. No door on the closet and outlets were very few and illogically placed. The sofa bed was old and the mattress was about 2" thick so I opted to sleep on the sofa itself. None of this deterred me - I would stay again.

We stayed here one night after visiting friends in Portsmouth RI. We stayed in a cottage which was nice-spacious room & clean. Very “no frills” but decent bed & shower. The outlets all need to be replaced-couldn’t plug anything in. Chargers fell out of outlets-got 1 outlet to work for my CPAP-thank goodness!! We checked in late and our key was left in an unlocked outside mailbox, which doesn’t really feel safe.

The room was nice and clean. The only issue i had was the outlets werent holding the plugs. Everytime i plugged something in it would not stay. We did receive a free upgrade, very nice.

Everything was clean, neat and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. A few suggestions: Replace light switches with dimmers. Add hooks in entryway and bathroom to hang coats, sweatshirts, etc. A second bedside light would be helpful.

Flowers and landscaping were very nice. Room was neat but had a smell of perfumy cleaning products. We did notice that the ceiling vent in the bathroom was very dirty/dusty and the TV remote was not cleaned, but other than that the room seemed to be in very good shape. Hotel is located near the highway but thankfully pretty quiet. We attempted to take a mid-afternoon nap & we had our windows up *awesome breeze!) and could hear staff talking loudly right outside of our window (about Mario's lunch break) across the parking lot. There were also landscapers/mowers going right past our back window in the morning around 9:00 AM, at least it wasn't earlier.
