We’ve been coming to Newport for years and we always stay here. It’s a great property in the center of downtown. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We also left something in the room after our stay and the hotel was so quick in shipping it back to us! We really appreciated it.

Nice waterview and location. However, the hotel seemed a bit dated. The rugs and wallpaper need updating and mattresses were merely adequate. The room chairs were worn down. I had rented three rooms. All were the same. Our desk actually bowed. Staff was lovely. When I go to a hotel I want something nicer than what I have at home. This did not fit the bill. Sorry. Pool area seemed a bit dated too.

The hotel was conveniently located. It was dated but clean. There was no soap and the shower gel dispenser was the only soap and had not been replenished. We only stayed one night. The pool was nice. We overstayed the parking lot 2 min past the hour and were charged for $10 for that full hour (58 min). They should allow for parking till 4pm.

This Hotel is in beautiful Newport RI right on the water. Our room had a harbour view and at night we could see the Newport bridge all lit up. The room was satisfactory and very clean. You can tell the hotel is a bit dated, but nice just the same. The bed was so so and the pillows weren't great, but overall I would recommend and we will stay there again.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Loved the bar area along with the view of the water and boats. Only complaint is the refrigerator in the room must have shut off in the middle of the night and our food went bad.
