Staff were great. Location and parking fantastic. Salt for breakfast was nice. Outdoor indoor option was a plus. Room was fine- beds and room itself were clean- bathroom probably needs some attention to the mildew shower/ceiling etc….but overall great spot.

A/C filters were beyond fitly (I have a video on that), dirty carpet, smoke smell, awful bed (foam bed), dog pope on the floor, tiny bathroom, could not access the toilet paper from the toilet seat, dogs barking from other rooms, Children screaming & crying after 11:30 PM, elevators small for that size of the hotel , floors were filthy, drywalls left in the hallway, fitly, smelly pool, we had guests and paid for our friends room and we were extremely embarrassed , no one would have guessed that we were charged and paid over $1200 for one night for two rooms. I have the video to show how filthy and awful this hotel was, this hotel should be shut down because it is a health hazard., the smell and filth in our room was so bad we checked out at 5 AM, the hotel should give us our money back since none of services advertised were not rendered.

The hotel itself is fine, but not the cleanest. We had two full beds in a room for 4 people, so it was quite tight. The location & ease of parking were excellent.

Several of the bathroom sinks failed to drain properly. I needed to secure an additional room room late in the evening which, due to the pricing differential with the room I had originally booked I booked through Expedia. I think your desk clerk was not very helpful. Not his fault but the guy had been given no authority. If someone is left in charge in the evening/night they must be given some authority. A fundamental rule of management.

Fabulous location. None better. The staff were polite and enthusiastically welcoming. Our room was clean and housekeeping made sure it stayed well stocked. There are many facilities available: swimming pool, bicycles, kayaks.as well as a large and lovely deck with beautiful views of the harbor. A perfect place to be.
