I love this warm, inviting and comfortable Inn. I've stayed here a number of times over many years visiting the finest Town on the east coast! this Inn is close to everything, no need to drive anywhere because you're in walking distance to downtown, the beach and Mansions. Always very comfortable and clean and the breakfasts are wonderful!

Our stay at the Outlook Inn was absolutely perfect! I spent the weekend in Newport with my childhood friends, and Room 11 (the suite) was everything we could have hoped for?beautifully decorated, spotless, and the perfect amount of space for the four of us to relax and enjoy our time together.
