This is not a 4 stars hotel, 3 at the very best. We were put in an area where we had to walk out of the reception building and there were no elevators (we had to carry our lugagge to the 3rd floor by stairs). The tv remote control didn't work, the outlets in the room were loose and some didn't work (therefore difficult to charge devices). We were given 2 towels, enven though reservation was for 3, the back out shade works only partially and so on. Very old building, where they tried to revamp the appearance but not the structure. Staff not trained well, we were not offered help with the luggage and at check out didn't even ask how our stay was. Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend.

The property itself was very nice except for the random short sets of stairs in the hallways, making it difficult for me to get my suitcase up and down them. What I have a problem with was the hidden "resort fee" of $25 a day. If that had been disclosed before I booked, I would have chosen another hotel, and I won't stay here again because I hate that kind of deceptive business practice, not to mention, "resort fee" for what? The pool that I didn't use, because I stayed in September for work?

This hotel was a huge disappointment. I was given a ground-level room at the very end of a gloomy hallway. The room had no drapes at all — just cheap paper/plastic blinds that you had to pull up and down with your fingers. If you rolled them up, there was zero privacy because the window overlooked the parking lot where people constantly walked by. If you kept them down, the room was pitch-dark with barely any lighting, making it feel depressing and claustrophobic. To make matters worse, the flimsy blinds eventually came off the hinge altogether. The bathroom was just as bad — extremely basic, with a tub and a plastic shower curtain that screamed budget motel, not hotel. Overall, the room felt gloomy, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the stay.
