When we checked in the lady at the front desk was nice. When we got to our room and got settled, we unpacked I noticed that there were sticky rings on the TV stand where somebody had set glasses down and it didn’t get wiped up. I bring wipes with me so I wiped that up then we turned down the sofa bed and found a used dried baby wipe still in the bed. The sofa was ripped, had pink paint stains all over it and was filled with salt or sand. I went and let them know at the front desk. they switched us to another room, but it wasn’t the room that we wanted instead of a king with a sofa bed we got two full beds. The bathroom light was fluorescent and burning out. It flashed constantly. The maintenance man told me that he would come and replace the bulb the next day which he never did. When we were in bed, going to sleep, the front desk clerk rented the room that we were in and so a man came in our room while we were in bed. My children were terrified when I threw on my robe and went to the front desk the young lady, a different one then from when I checked in, was very rude to me and told me it was an accident. She acted as if I was crazy for being upset. I told her this man opened our door and walked completely into our room and stood there looking at us. She deactivated his key and when she did that she deactivated mine so I couldn’t get back into my room to comfort my terrified kids. We travel twice a month for business, and I will never stay in a comfort Inn again

The first room wasn’t ready. We all the way upstairs and the door was wide open with cleaning supplies and equipment everywhere. So they loved us to another room, and that room a.c wasn’t working and we found an eyelash on the couch.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here since October. The staff is amazingly friendly- and attentive, one of the ladies that works nights remembered us from our last stay! The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable for a hotel bed. Breakfast has been really good. One of our favorite things is the coffee maker in the lobby!! It is also right at the mall. And not very far from Riverside hospital. This will be our go to every time from now on!
