I stay there 3 to 4 times a year, for the past 4 years. It's always been meticulous and clean. This time I saw two cockroaches in the bathroom and also always request third floor because there is an ice machine on one and three only. However this trip the ice machine on third floor was not working. It was a pain in the butt to go to first floor just to get ice every time. I'm thinking about looking at other options my next trip

The hotel was clean, nice, and well-kept. Our room was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast included eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, etc. Although we didn’t use it, there was an indoor pool which wasn’t that big but seemed fine. We had no issues.

Clean, quiet, great customer service. Great area close by shops, dining, historical areas and theme parks. It's very short scenic drive to get to all you want on Williamsburg and Newport News.

I’ve stayed here several times. The front desk staff are nice. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms can be cleaned a little better but that’s my only issue. This hotel is always quiet and I love that. I will continue to book here .
