I check in and the hotel bathtub was dirty. Hair was in the tub. We ask front desk to change rooms, They agree. We check into a new room but then discover the bed sheets in the new room was dirty. Brown stains on the sheet.. I will never stay here again!

No complaints. Comfy bed. Great A/C. Might need to jiggle the wire for the hotel's cable package, picture kept going out while watching Ghost Adventures but don't worry, it's not real anyway. I left a tip for your Care Team. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)

One of the rooms reeked of urine. I had to wait for over 30 minutes while they sent someone to check the room - like I was lying about it. There were plenty of unoccupied rooms available. Not very good customer service.

After staying two nights (Mon-Tues), our (my wife and I) room was not cleaned. I called the front desk at noon on Wednesday and spoke with a lady. She told me that if we were only staying three nights, our room would not be cleaned. I informed her that we had checked in for four nights, and she could check the record to verity. She then stated that all the workers were leaving for today and they could get to my room tomorrow. I told her that I could see workers on my floor cleaning rooms and they were not leaving for today. I further insisted that our room be cleaned. She said she would get someone on it. The workers later brought us clean towers and emptied our trash cans, but no one cleaned our room during our entire stay. The water flow was very weak in the sink in the bathroom. The bath tub had rust spots (water spots I presume) with no grab bars at all and no shower mat to prevent slipping and falling -- setting guests up for an accident. I actually slipped in the bathtub and landed on the floor. My wife almost slipped, but was able to balance herself before falling. Poor lighting in the bathroom and there were no tower racks in the bathroom. Upon returning to our room one night, I asked the lady at the front desk to have a pillow delivered to our room. She said she had one in the office and I could take it with me, which is what I did. We had a bad experience at this hotel and we would NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

Dirty room

The staff were all very welcoming and pleasant, so I hesitate to give a bad review. But room cleanliness is important and cannot be overlooked. Upon entering the building I noticed a fresh scent of disinfectant, so I was hopeful. Overall, the hotel appeared clean but our room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. The outside of the toilet bowl and the floor around the toilet had old urine stains, odor, visible dust and grime. There was quite a bit of hair stuck to the bathroom walls, it appeared as if someone’s hair had shed while blow-drying and then housekeeping never noticed this while cleaning the room. The ventilation in the bathroom was terrible, the steam did not dissipate during or after my shower. I suspect mold in the ducts because I sneezed an alarming number of times while I was shut inside the steamy bathroom. There was a sticky residue on the bathroom floor and on most horizontal surfaces throughout the entire room, including the granite countertop in the kitchenette. I used a hand wipe to touch up these surfaces and pulled off some grey grime and a red sauce like ketchup off of the granite. Also the smoke detector in the sitting area constantly made a cricket-like sound that was not loud but was noticeable and irritating. There was visible dust inside the smoke detector. I did consider switching hotels but there were a number of logistical reasons why it was better for us to stay for one night. I don’t think I’d stay here again the next time I’m in town.

The ladies on the housekeeping team were AWSOME !!!! They were so nice and attentive to me when I needed more towels My room and the hallway smells so good every day Also the workers in the laundry room on the 1st floor would wave hello to me when I walked past them Also the maintenance workers was there ASAP when my tv stopped working, when my husband walked to the front desk he immediately walked to our room with my husband and fixed the tv immediately I had the pleasure to meet Kevin the front desk clerk, he was so polite and respectful Thanks to the Entire Staff of comfort inn and suites for being so friendly I will return the next time I’m in town 😊
