NASTY HOTEL 😱

The room smell like mold and cigarettes. The bed had hair on the sheets and pillow case I call the front desk to see if I can get some clean sheets and she said no that she was the only one there and she didn’t have a key there was no tissue we had to go buy tissue and a sheet set which I left on the bed the towels were so DIRTY I had to go buy some towels and washcloth overalls I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. THE OWNERS NEEDS TO UPDATE THIS DAYS INN office staff was very rude😡🖕I want my money back. Seeing that it was a major holiday and everywhere was booked my skin crawled just being there. NEVER AGAIN

Girls Get away

Our stay was really good. We just had a issue with the water pressure. We also thought there would have been more towels for 2 ppl, but we made due. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Gave us directions to a few great places for food and drinks!!

I won't stay there again

The registration staff didn't seem to know what they were doing when I registered. The building itself is very dated and needs to be renovated. The pictures advertised do not tell the truth of the hotel.

My wife and I arrived on Friday August 8 and noticed the floors were dirty, the bed was hard, and also the toilet wouldn't flush properly. very poor plumbing in the bathroom. other than those issues the stay was alright.

The place was one step above a dump. T sink was cracked, the bathroom would not close properly, the cove behind the toilet was missing in some spots and coming off in others. The carpet was dirty and stained. The water was barely was warm enough to take a shower. The faucet for the shower didn't work well. The housekeeper didn't understand enough English to provide service. Had to keep going to the office to get enough towels. The door frame where the safety latch attaches looks like the door had been kicked in several times.

I don't think the toilet/shower area was cleaned before we checked in, though it did get cleaned during our stay. The breakfast consisted of granola bars. None of the beverage machines seemed to work.

Unfortunately, the room was non-smoking, but smelled of cigarette. Sadly, this is typical, so Days Inn is not unique. The area was semi-safe, so be "street-smart" (i.e. maintain your situational awareness). Price and location were EXCELLENT! it was a 9 minute walk to the Convention Center. The Staff was also helpful and professional.
