As i arrived to the hotel. There wasn't no one there to greet you personally . It was a computer that displayed the person for front desk. There's no genuine , sweet customer service. While trying to check in at 4:50pm rooms were not ready and clean . It took till 6/630pm to be able to check in and complete the check in process. We finally got our room . It was on the 3rd floor. At first you get like wow the rooms look good. But then as you look around the room . You start noticing the damages they tried to fix . Especially the bathroom . The bathroom was the worst. Shower and toilet was old, and low water pressure , towel rack was broken and the fire alarm was making noise all night . I didnt get no good sleep. I left maybe 3 hours before check out. and do check in process.

This was a terrible experience. I booked this hotel several MONTHS ago. I show up and have to talk to a employee on a computer screen. She told me they "tried" to call me yesterday to tell me they had to cancel my reservation for "maintenence" but could let me stay the night but not the three nights i reserved. I asked could they just honor my res since they are not doing all the rooms at once. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff did not give a sincere apology for this inconvenience and was not able to answer questions about the proposed maintenence. I believe she was untruthful and I hated this encounter.

Check in is done by kiosk. Uou basically checkin via zoom. So there is no friendliness. The room was okay, bo blackout curtains, so the sun shines right into your eyes in the am, the tub had no plug, was stained and filthy. The tv wouldnt connect to any of the channels. The housekeeping staff we did see was polite.

I stayed before, thus time I was provided a room to Jefferson Blvd that was very noisy, firefighters and police and the worse free exhaust car and motorcycles making very difficult to sleep at night.

Had a room with no remote , they literally told me to come back and get the remote in the morning at 9am. When my checkout was 11am. So I sat in a room with no remote all night , NO TV at all.

I don't recommend

Virtual check in was different. Elevator needs Jesus. Bathroom was ik but tub needs replacing and the touch up paint job was 2 shades lighter than the original color. Bathroom faucet was too short so water went all over the place. Pillows were flat. Thin walls and LOUD neighbors.

The room had a foul odor. The bathtub was filthy. The bathroom door had a large hole in it.
