The 1st floor needed to be mopped. I arrived on Sunday they had stains where you could tell someone dropped liquids. When I left Wednesday afternoon they were just mopping the floors. They also came in my room on Tuesday emptied the garbage, but didn’t sweep the bathroom floors, left towels but didn’t make the bed or leave any toilet tissue. I called downstairs to let them know and the front desk person said and I quote " that's crazy". This was my 2nd time staying at this particular hotel and I will not stay again. The best thing was the breakfast that they serve. The manager in charge of over seeing that the rooms/ facility are clean and needs to do a better job.
Fast and easy check in staff was excellent. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Good location, room was clean . Only issue was the bed it was too hard. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels and never experienced such a hard mattress. For the amount of money I’ve spent to stay 2 nights it was not worth it.
The location was convenient for our stay! The staff was hospitable and nice. When we checked in, the nice man at the front desk stated that the cleanliness of the hotel was a priority. However, I saw different. The whole downstairs was dirty. Floors, elevator etc stood out to be unclean. I honestly feel because he said it- it stood out more. Our room on the other hand was okay. It was comfortable. There were stains on the carpet and on the ceiling of the bathroom that was noticeable.
It was a pleasure to stay here again. This our 3rf time staying at this property while dropping our daughter off at college. Austin and his southern hospitality keeps us coming back as well as the morning manager. She’s a joy. Breakfast is wonderful, beds comfortable and accessible shower was wonderful. We will be back in May for pickup.
The property is showing its age. Needs an interior facelift. The we should up, there was a leak past the reception area. When we got to the elevators there was no ac. The beds were comfortable and the room clean but the bathroom ceiling had a huge crack that seemed to have various bubbles forming - room 517. When we checked out, I did inform the front desk and they stated that they will take care of it immediately.
Every staff member I encountered was fabulous. Especially Donna at the front desk.

I did not have the best experience and was quite disappointed as this was my first time staying here since the old facility maybe 20 years ago. The room we checked into was occupied and we couldn't get in. It was strange to me that we had to accompany security as they tried to figure out what was gping on. That means carrying our belongings back and forth to the unit and front desk about 6 times before we were settled. To my understanding the hotel was booked to full capacity so there was no upgrade for our troubles and the room we were given had a bathroom that needed repairs. Several doors were in need of repair around the facility as well, but the staff was kind and accomodating.
