The room has no microwave to heat up food. Also, there are no usb ports in the rooms to connect to, you have to use the ones in the lobby. I also requested a King Suite and ended up with a double queen.

I absolutely love this place. We live in Hampton and this is the only hotel we will go to. Staff is super friendly. Hotel smells clean all the time. I don't want to go home

Dana at the front desk was amazing. Hotel was clean and staff was great. Easy acess to the main strip of food and retail. Buckroe beach is fantastic at a 15min drive from hotel.
