Close and Renovate This Place—Horrible!

This place needs to close and undergo a complete renovation. Front desk folks were nice, but seemed confused and were hard to understand. No receipt at checkout; located right next to major road—LOUD!; neighbors (long-term?) sitting outside of door talking loud until after 11pm; dead roach (HUGE!) outside of room upon arrival, live roach visiting dead roach (later), then live roach squished nearby (still there after I left); filthy tub; no hot water and low water pressure in sink; no drain stoppers; bad odor; leftover dirty washcloth in shower and many hairs in tub and wall; dirty shower curtain; furniture badly worn; closet door peeling apart; walls in need of repair; some hotel hangers in closet and some from dry cleaners; no room cleaning. Just repugnant and unsanitary!

Although the staff was nice the property was filthy. There were people hanging around out side and the room was disgusting. Stained bedding, dirt on the walls, and the shower was horrendous. I ended up calling a friend to stay.

upon entry into my room, I noticed the it looked like the bathroom area had not been swept. There was hair and paper on the floor. The tub was disgustingly dirty. I had to go to the front desk to ask for another room or to have someone clean the tub. There was paper peeling away from the tub shower area on the wall. There must’ve been a plumbing issue. The sink was stopped up. The tub was stopped up. You couldn’t take a shower without water backing up on your feet from somebody else I went to management they were supposed to send a maintenance. The maintenance person never arrived not good. I’m not sure what happened but this visit was terrible.

This place is to be avoided. Terrible smell, filthy room, broken appliances in room, just a total disaster. Random stains on the wall, filth in the corners of the bathroom, shower was gross.I travel a lot and I'm usually looking to save a few bucks with cheap accommodations, but this is seriously one of the worst rooms that I've stay d in in many years of this sort of travel.

reserved a non smoking room.. both beds had cigarette burns in linens.. pillow cases were dirty. ash on floor.. went and told front desk and theu said they would be upnin 10 min.. i was there 4 nights and still waiting when i checked out.. hoise keeping was nowhere to be seen.. 4 nights and not one bed change or room refresh!!! i paid ritz Carlton money and got a crack motel!!!
