This property is not on Hotel.com **AVOID**
Booked on Hotel.com. Had the confirmation. Drove all the way from Bristol. Booked the penthouse as it had a kitchen etc. Got there and we were told they don’t use Hotel.com and we have no booking. All the rooms were fully booked long term. They also said they only take cash or bank transfer.
