Noisy room air unit. Too hot too cold just irritating. Stayed 3 days and went down to have breakfast and was accosted by. ‘Karen’ manning the breakfast stating I had to pay. I’m like I’ve stayed here 3 days. Didn’t believe me? I’m a business traveler. Awful. Ruined my morning. Parking garage is sketch. People hanging out in there and I did not feel safe

The hotel was just average. The sheets were too small for the bed, there was no room service for the two days we stayed, and they didn't even give us clean towels. The front desk had no customer service skills, either. Would it kill them to say thank you when you check out ??? I won't go back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received regarding our reservation. We booked two rooms for November 19, 2024, and I have attached the payment receipt for your reference. The worst part was that when my colleague arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the reservation had been canceled. Please note, we had fully paid for this booking, and when we made the reservation, we were aware that no refund would be issued in case of cancellation. However, the cancellation was not initiated by us. I contacted Expedia this morning regarding this issue, and they informed me that the cancellation occurred due to a lack of communication from Hilton. Since Expedia was not notified by Hilton that the reservation had been canceled, they processed the payment as usual. I formally request a full refund and they have gave me wrong email id to reach manager.

The location was ideal with plenty of excellent, easily accessible dining and shopping options. The hotel itself was clean; however the hospitality and room upkeep during my stay was abysmal. Room was not cleaned, just the bed was remade. Didn’t take out the trash nor refill tissue box. When I called down to request a refresh I was met with attitude.

Great Stay!
We stayed overnight during a cross country road trip. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bed. I loved the 24 hour fitness center. Even better, Whole Foods and several other food options right in the same location.
