Fabulous hospitality and customer service. Beautiful location with easy access to railway, but great walkability to restaurants, pubs, museums, parks..really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to those traveling to Dublin.

Very clean. Beds comfortable. Good air conditioning and bathroom fan. Good black-out curtains, and noise-reducing double paned windows. Busy but interesting neighborhood. We were there for a family wedding held at a venue nearby. Though requested in advance, folding luggage racks could not be provided. Very limited space/infrastructure for managing personal items. Both the room and bathroom could use more bars, hooks, shelves for hanging or holding clothes.

Laura was amazing! She was so kind. I love the room and all the customer service. Good price, great location, kindest staff.

We loved our stay. We were warmly greeted on arrival and the front desk team happily answered questions, provided recommendations and offered support with booking cabs/tours etc. Breakfast had fantastic variety. We were very happy to have opted in. Location was excellent. Would stay here again!
