The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was friendly. However, there was construction in the room next to us and the staff were not trying to improve our experience. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. the pool is bice to cool down but not an area to hang out.

Great stay in Surabaya. Close to many shopping areas and attractions. Comfortable room, very spacious, fantastic breakfast. Super appreciative of the room upgrade

Great stay! Staff was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would’ve like to extend but they were booked past our check out date. Would’ve stay again. In a great area as well.

Rooms are immaculate and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast Buffet is beyond imaginable. Has something for everyone.
