Room was lovely and clean, our power point didnt go, but they fixed it during the day. Heated pool, sauna and gym were great facilities.

Novatel is very close to Auckland International Airport so makes it easy to take early morning flight as within walking distance to checking. Room was comfortable and room service available for early dinner. Staff were helpful and friendly.

A great location but bath in room and shower/toilet door set up didn't give much privacy. But apart from that comfortable bed.
