Cheap but dirty and noisy hotel.
This hotel in located close to the market and within easy walk of the beach and most places in the city. Check-in is easy and the rooms when you arrive look clean. But the bathroom was not that clean, in the standard room there is a shower. The glass on the shower door was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in ages. Also we found a peace of tisuee or something on the floor in the shower that was dirty. The ned was lumpy, you could feel yhe spring's in your back, it's a shame as we had stayed in this hotel in 2013 and loved it but now 2019 the hotel looks old and not very clean. The swimming pool on the roof was green but people were still swimming in it. Breakfast was a large Buffett but this was mainly Vietnamese food. The only other food was bread and toast and fried eggs. The Orange juice at breakfast tasted more like Fanta orange, very sweet and not natural juice. Breathfast is on the roof and photos are of the view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is used by Chinese and Vietmese tour groups. They tend to smoke outside their rooms in the corridor and it stinks. Also, the rooms walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the room next door. We had a family that was very loud and then came home at 1.30am and was shouting in the corridors and in their room and that woke us up. It's such a lovely hotel but just needs a good clean and a few things fixed and keep it that way. It's a basic hotel for a cheap price but we will not be staying here again.

Everything good, only would appreciate longer time for breakfast which closes at 8.30, it should be extended up to 10.00, we are in vacation, no rush Another thing do not take their pick up st the airport which will charge you between 550,000 and 750,000 A regular taxi would charge you 300,000. Very good staff, close to market, sea and variety of restaurants Good stay

Location is really good if you want to be more in that thick of the locals rather than the touristy area further south. lovely staff and also great for the beach!

The staff are great,they really put an effort in to keep you happy But it's always good to have a translation app on your IPad You might get something all together different than what you asked for Lol The Beds,are Great if you are Asian they are esntially plywood With 2 inches of Foam on them ,so I must say I Sufferd But other than that it's fine as an Enroute hotel

Ok for the price. Greet location to Market and street food! Rooms very noisy and other guests can be heard all day and night! Breakfast times 630-830. Bathrooms poor.

There are better hotels out there
Didn't have much choice when booking a hotel for our time in Nha Trang as this appeared to be the only one available on all the search engines. Hotel itself was clean and the rooms a decent size although lacked windows. Staff were the most unfriendly & unhelpful out of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam and location of hotel is not great.

Typical 3 star hotel
This is your typical 3 star hotel. You get what you pay for. Dirty windows, basic small room, etc. For Westerners, for breakfast they have bread, bacon and eggs. The staff was quite nice.

Owner needs to invest in upgrading the hotel
I reserved and paid for a room with a view. When I got there, the room had NO window. I had to pay extra for another upgraded room. Even so, this room was not that good. The staff is very helpful and nice. That was the only god thing about this hotel.

Great hotel close to the Dam market
This hotel is very nice, with clean rooms and good service. It is very close to the Dam market in the northern part of Nha Trang, and the area is very local which is good if you want to see something other than the tourist streets. It is however a bit far from the main part of town (the backpacker area), its a good 2,6 km to Sailing Club and the backpacker area. We booked this hotel because of the price and the fact that it had balconies. When we got our rooms there where however no balcony, but we were upgraded for free to the biggest rooms! That's what I call service! I would recommend this hotel to others.

booked hotel because of location and pool.[pool dirty, green slime covering bottom ,
Pool dirty,water green! no room service, but staf friendly. location was good. arrived late at night and allocated room [ aircon not working and room smelled of mildew/mould] after some effort room was changed with good working aircon!!! I would not stay at this hotel for above reasons, also was supposed to have daily buffet breakfast, this only happened on first day, then it was hard work trying to explain what we wanted or breakfast. There were 7 people in our group [6 of the 7 was there first experience in vietnam] hopefully they have not been put off by this experience!!!!!!

Very nice botique hotel
We used this hotel as our base in Chiang Mai between stop overs in Pai and Mae Hong Son. Very welcoming staff and hotel room was very nice with brand new facilities throughout. Good price too. Highly recommend.

location excellent,staff friendliness and service very good the bonus they could speak english. Close to all sight seing areas,shopping and within walking distances.Cable car to VinPearl you need taxi use only metered vin-sun or mi-ling taxis, same if coming our going to airport which is 30km away from most hotels.

Good location
This hotel was within walking distance of beach and close to markets. There was usually a taxi available outside else hotel would call one. Yow at reception could speak english and was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. There was an egg station where they would cook eggs to your liking. Bacon and sausage was available as well a fresh fruit and a variety of vietnamese dishes. No toast available and unfortunately all coffee was pre sweetened . There is no coffee or tea making facilities in room which was disappointing. Hotel advertised safe but it was downstairs not in room. The pool is very small and could do with a clean as it was quite green in places. However, for the cost of the hotel, the bed was a comfortable king size, and the air conditioning and hot water worked well. The room was an ample size with plenty of room for our cases. We booked tickets for Vinpearl through the hotel, and they called a taxi to take us there. Before we arrived, we booked airport pickup through Your Local Booking and was met at airport by driver holding up our name. This was cheaper then when we caught a metered taxi back to airport .

L'hôtel est situé assez près de la plage mais à ce niveau la plage n'est pas propre. La chambre est très petite. Il faut réclamer les serviettes et les articles de toilette. On a un minuscule tube de dentifrice pour 2 personnes. Ailleurs, on a 2 petits tubes. Le soir, il y a très peu de pression à la douche et peu d'eau chaude. Le breakfast s'arrête à 8h30. Il y a rarement du jus d'orange et pas de thé chaud ! On peut demander de l'eau chaude mais il faut apporter son sachet. Le personnel de l'accueil est sympathique. La piscine est ridiculement petite, et il n'y a pas de prêt de serviette. C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles qui ne les mérite pas !

Vi havde et fint ophold. Morgenmadsbuffeten byder primært på asiatisk mad, så det er fint, hvis man er til det. Hotellet lå tæt på stranden, og vi fandt et par billige og god spisesteder i området.
