The ocean view room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Right across the hotel is the beach where you can rent chairs and an umbrella.

Long story short the place has a nice location. Staff are decent. The power cord of the night lamp blew up in my hand when I was trying to plug in my phone charger. I got electrocuted and it turned my hand black. I notified the staff and they changed out the lamp no apology. But nice location and decent view of the water.

Location is good, close to many restaurants and attractions. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to please. Special attention was given to provide breakfast that suits different tastes. Many Chinese, very few westerns. Hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Felt sorry for staff being poorly treated by some of the guests.

Poor customers service

Although the hotel location is in the heart of the major attraction, the hotel staff seems unhappy and stressed. Not a good vibe. The front desk reception personnel (short guy in thick glasses) seems uninterested in serving guests, acting quite snobbish and extremely unfriendly. He seems like or acting like he's the owner's son (the arrogant attitude). There are a lot more other hotels to choice from so I would look around for other options. That's too bad.

Nice hotel for the price.

We stayed at the light hotel for three nights. Mrs Pham was very friendly and accomodating. She gave us a choice of rooms so that we could stay comfortably in a room with our two daughters. We took the seaview room with a small balcony, which was comfortable given the price. Great location in Nha Trang, and opposite the beach. Our only negative was that we ate breakfast out, as the included buffet breakfast was no good for our tastes. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

the staff need some training in dealing with customers, excluding the reception staff who were good. A gym was advertised as a facility, there was no gym! The buffet breakfast was average with no western choices. There was a room service menu, but when we called to order we were told it was finished?? The only positive was that it was across the road from the beach and close to restaurants.

Light is Right

Place was perfectly located , across from beach short walk to town . Huge room great service by staff . The were quick to fix any errors and very adept at English . Seafood buffet service was a little slow . Place definitely a bargain and look forward to returning

Room was in fair condition but in a great location. There was a rip curl beach party on the other side of the street from us on the first night which was really noisy but other than that it was normal Vietnam traffic noise! Service was good, breakfast ok but coffee from cafe terrible!

Nice Hotel in great location

stayed here with our 2 teenage sons just last week , this hotel was in a great location and the rooms were very nice with a view of NhaTrang beach . You really couldnt fault the cleanliness of this hotel . I would definately stay again .

Dissapointed in Na Trang

All though the staff here try really hard to make everything good for you, this hotel needs a few things done. One, the pool was really dirty, it looks blue and clean in the picture, but is green and tiles are falling off everywhere. 2, we where on the ninth floor (great views) and we could here the noise from below as if we where 3 floors up. As I said staff really good, but unfortunately Na Trang no longer feels like Vietnam, it has been taken over in everyway. Vin Pearl was great for a great fun day with the kids.

This hotel close to beach and restaurants and nightlife but hotel itself is in need of refurbishment very dull and deary .staff are friendly . Breakfast very poor choice not worth the effort to go for it really.pool area not good its small only 4 sunbeds and really apart from bushes on main noisy road.

Would look at other options

The air conditioning hardly worked at all and kept stopping so we would have to call maintenance. The water pressure was terrible and took ages to run a bath for the kids and it was no better in the shower. There was considerable street noise even though we were on the 9th floor. Breaks fast was very average and to have to ask constantly for butter and it be treated like gold was very inconvenient. Only given 3 towels for family booking of 5. Pool required maintenance with sharp tiles around. Staff at front desk were helpful when asked.

Hotel was in a great location, but the photos do not illustrate exactly what the hotel was like. Was reasonably run down and tired. Also, got some room service food, burgers and fries and 2 x meals were stone cold!
