This property is made up of 4 separate buildings with a variety of entrances which can be confusing. While they have an elevator, it is not handicap friendly. The ambience of this place is cold corprate gray. I found the staff to be exceedingly unprofessional & quietly rude. Ive been visiting this charming town for 30 years. I will never stay here again. Nearly all hotel/spas in this town allow guests to use the pool & jacuzzi gratis. This place charges $100. unless you book a treatment. The parking entrance is on a diffetent street. No coffee maker, espresso only. That said, they do have extremely comfortable mattresses & pillows. I found this placecto be a 5 out of 10 & definitely not in keeping with the "charm" of the entire town.

We have been visiting Niagara on the Lake since 2015 and stayed at 124 on Queen multiple times. This time around, we were sad to conclude that it has become a victim of its own success. We booked a suite for one night which amounted to over $750 including taxes and fees. The hotel was clearly understaffed, and the staff were not empowered to make effective decisions to make our experience better. There was a lineup of 15 minutes long at check in. We could not make use of the rental bikes because another patron walked away with the key, and the staff opted to chase after them instead of simply cutting the cheap wire lock to accommodate our limited time in town. They said they would text when the room was ready (they didn’t) and when the bike lock key would be found (they didn’t). The housekeeping came knocking on the door in the morning because, of course, the reception hadn’t told them that we had arranged for a late checkout. There was no knife in the kitchen, no cork screw and no kettle - and we didn’t feel like asking for those because of the lineups and staffing issues. I don’t think we’ll be returning to the property where a guest feels like another body to be housed with no regard to their preferences or quality of experience.

What a GREAT place. We feel so fortunate to have been able to stay there last minute. Great staff; friendly and very helpful. Room was beautiful as were the entire grounds. Zen garden was such a perfect space to relax. Food was delicious. It is definitely a place we will return to in the near future. Thanks!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The room was well-equipped (blow dryer!) and cozy - the navy carpet felt luxurious and welcoming. Ash greeted us at the counter and showed us to our room 'sort of' across the way , making it easy for us to get our bearings. Our stay was only one evening but we wished we could have stayed longer as there were places to explore we were NOT able to explore! The many shops close-by were open late, well-kept and everyone was friendly. We will rave about this hotel to anyone heading to this area and can't wait til we can come back.

My husband and I stayed one night because it was my 29th anniversary, front desk asked if there was a reason why we were staying. We told them, and nothing was done for us not even a card. I work in this industry and if someone had told me that it was their anniversary we would have sent a dessert and given at least a card wishing us a happy anniversary! Even went to the restaurant and told them if we could have a seat outside on the patio didn't even check just said no space.

The location is ideal and the free parking is appt as it’s hard to park anywhere and if you can it’s very expensive. You can walk to the theatres from here and all the attractions. Nice garden in the back

This hotel was underwhelming. I expected a more appointed room based on the recommendations of others and room charge. I found it inconvenient to be in the adjacent building and moving from the room to parking, to outside, etc. The staff attempts to be overly friendly in asking too many questions was annoying and unnecessary. I won't be staying there again.

Absolutely LOVE so much about this hotel. The custom scent in the lobby is heaven, perfect location in old town NOTL, and in general all good things. Negs: My one star drop is, my room was directly next to the elevator on the second floor and you hear SO much noise: elevator dinging, people talking getting on/off the elevator, it was very disruptive. I’d stay again, just in a different room for sure.

The best vacation!

Our hotel room was gorgeous! There was a chilled bottle of wine and the fireplace was on when we walked into the room. We also had a beautiful view of the private garden from our room. The spa was wonderful too! We had massages scheduled during our stay. The staff were all extremely accommodating and friendly. All in all it was a wonderful

Has potential to be excellent but is currently uneven. From check in to departure we experienced both outstanding and disappointing details. Check in desk had no one there when we arrived. Then the young lady who emerged from the back room carried on with her eyes glued to the screen in her hand and ignored us. Finally a young man returned from what he was doing and acknowledged us. No one at check in shared any details about the property such as how it was laid out , where to park, what amenities they had, what their dining options were. No one asked if we needed info about the town . Overall a very poor front desk and check in on the Sunday we arrived. The room was large and well appointed but not as clean as you would expect. The restaurants had some excellent food and three excellent servers but were woefully understaffed leaving us waiting too long to get greeted at the table, get water and get to order. Once the server arrived they were excellent. Same with the meals. The spa was the biggest disappointment. I would say do not bother. They overcrowd it. Especially the hydrotherapy circuit. Not enough room and not cleaned well enough. And that was on a weekday. Can’t imagine a busy weekend. I hope the place can iron out the uneven service and cleanliness. It has the potential to be the best around. They need more and better trained or just better staff.
