We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Notl at 124 Queen. The only thing was the $30 per day we didn't use! That wasn't very pleasant to be charged for. Very walkable and great area!

Room was quiet, and clean. Beds were really comfortable. In room coffee and tea selection was available. Onsite spa was easy to access and provided a number of services at reasonable prices. Underground parking was a plus. We ate breakfast at the Treadwell restaurant and would highly recommend. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Would definitely stay at 124 again

It was a centrally located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. What we didn't like. We checked in late (7pm) for a one night stay on a Monday night (aug 12), we were tired and wanted something to eat at the hotel's restaurant. The hostess was totally not accommodating and advised that we must have reservations, and that she could make one in 1 hours time. We were disgusted with this type of treatment and chose to visit another restaurant nearby. Considering the high room rates and the reputation the hotel is trying to uphold, we expected that we would be given better service by the hostess. This employee should have situational and emotional intelligence, as they are acting as the fact of the hotel services. Everything else (check in, room, etc) was ok, considering the cost of the room.

124 on Queen is a beautiful property, right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake so walkable to shops and dining. Although we didn't use it, there is a large private patio at the back with gas fire pits. Our room was only accessible by stairs but others in the main building can be reached by elevator.
