Family had a great time through the day, water park was clean. Unfortunately, multiple times we were woken up by people screaming and running through the halls, people being locked out of their rooms, ranging from 10pm -3am. Many times my children were woken up. We also were advised to do contactless check out, but never confirmed with us during check in or check out that we were required to see them in person for our deposit back. We live hours away and had already left before they had called us to let us know they were meant to ask us to stop in to reissue the deposit back. They ended up having to mail it.

Conveniently located with a grocery store and many restaurants close by. Friendly staff and we were fairly compensated for a waterpark that was not fully operational at the time of our trip. Our room was quite spacious as well. There was a considerable wait time to check in and I thought the parking lot could have been in better condition/more secure. We did not have an issue though. All in all a good stay and we will likely use this hotel again in the future. We booked a family room that came with two queen beds and a set of bunk beds with a wall between the bunks and queen beds. A great deal for families even if you don't use the waterpark.

The water in the wave pool was pretty cold for young kids. And to add on the fact that the rooftop exhaust windows were open the entire day to vent out the chlorine smell did not help at all. Hot air out must equal hot air in but thats not the case. I have seen lifeguards with sweaters on so that explains it all Dont mind paying an extra 200 dollars to go to fallsview waterpark next time

Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I spent two hours waiting to check in while the front desk repeatedly allowed others to cut in line. When it was finally my turn, the staff shockingly assigned me and another family to the same room. When I confronted them about the issue, they blamed the hotel system without offering a genuine apology. The hotel itself is outdated. The hairdryer took over half an hour to dry my hair, and after housekeeping cleaned our room the next day, they failed to replenish basics like tea bags and toilet paper. We stayed for two nights, and on Sunday, the second night, the water park's best slide was not open until 5 PM. Even then, it only operated briefly before closing again. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. The lack of organization, poor customer service, and outdated facilities made for an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
