At check-in I was told that they were charging me $66 Canadian for incidentals but only $50 of that was refundable. The other $16 was for use of the pool/fitness room. We didn't use either of those and that $16 was not refunded. I don't feel that's right. If you advertise those are included, they should be included. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was clear water damage to the wall and the bathtub was worn enough that a rust ring had broken through the enamel. Breakfast was great and we looked forward to it each day.

The hotel is easy on and off of the highway. The rooms are getting a bit worn out but are still comfy. The staff is friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Good stay overall, the only problem was that the TV wasn’t that great. It didn’t allow you to connect through airplay, had to use an HDMI cord. Also the shower only had cold water and the door to the bathroom was hard to close. Oh and you could hear other room’s plumbing - it was pretty loud hearing running water in the morning, but it didn’t bother us much. The room was great though, very comfy bed and we stayed on the second floor so we had a balcony. Breakfast was good too just make sure you get there before 8. Would stay again and would recommend for the price.

Overall, pretty good experience! They have free parking. The continental breakfast was fantastic, much better than the usual standard fare you might expect, they offered eggs and potatoes, egg sandwiches, fruit, juice, and coffee. Really good variety, and the staff, especially the ladies working at the front desk and during breakfast, were so friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and clean. It came with a fridge and microwave—really handy for snacks or leftovers. The bed was comfy, and I slept great. The whole place was pretty quiet too, which made for a relaxing stay. Though I didn’t use the indoor pool, it was a good size and looked inviting. They also have a large gym, which was a nice feature if you want to get in a workout. The building is definitely older, but they’ve done a great job remodeling it. On the downside, there were a few things that could use improvement. The bathroom setup was a bit odd—the toilet, sink, and tables were unusually low, which made things a little uncomfortable. Also, I was really looking forward to using the hot tub and sauna, but they were unfortunately out of order. The miniature golf and outdoor pool were also closed
